Welcome to AdsRaw ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

AdsRaw is an AI-powered platform that generates realistic UGC-style video advertisements. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create video ads based on your inputs, helping you launch high-performing ad creatives without hiring creators.

2. Subscription and Payment

AdsRaw operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms and policies.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Credits for ad generation do not roll over to the next month
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

3. Refund Policy

All payments for AdsRaw subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes all monthly subscription payments. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Forgetting to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Canceling immediately after your payment method was charged
  • Purchasing the wrong plan, even by mistake
  • Unused or partially used credits
  • Dissatisfaction with generated content quality
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Ads being rejected by advertising platforms
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms

By subscribing to AdsRaw, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged. We treat all customers equally and do not make exceptions to this policy.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we will:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate your account and all access to AdsRaw
  • Ban your email address, payment method, and associated information from creating future accounts
  • Retain all rights to pursue legal action and recover costs associated with the fraudulent dispute

If you have a legitimate billing concern or technical issue, you must contact us at hello@adsraw.com first. We are committed to resolving genuine issues directly with our customers.

5. Account Termination and System Abuse

We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account if we identify system abuse, Terms violations, or fraudulent activities. Examples include:

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
  • Using VPNs or temporary emails to obtain multiple trials
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Generating prohibited or illegal content
  • Attempting to exploit or manipulate the service
  • Engaging in fraudulent payment activities

Account termination is permanent and no refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

6. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

All AI-generated video ads created through AdsRaw are owned by you. You have full rights to use, modify, publish, and commercialize any content created using our service. However:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally include inaccuracies or artifacts
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing content before use in advertising campaigns
  • You must ensure generated content complies with advertising platform policies (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • AdsRaw is not liable for ads being rejected by platforms or for campaign performance
  • Multiple users may receive similar content if they use similar prompts
  • You grant us a license to use generated content for service improvement and marketing purposes

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use AdsRaw to generate content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful products
  • Impersonates real individuals without permission
  • Contains false or deceptive advertising claims
  • Includes explicit adult content

8. Service Availability and Limitations

AdsRaw is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available at all times without interruption
  • Generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Generated ads will be approved by advertising platforms
  • Generated ads will perform at any particular level
  • Any stored data will be preserved indefinitely

Service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned, do not qualify for refunds or credits.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers during their current billing cycle. New prices will apply upon your next renewal. We will notify you of significant price changes via email. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

10. Account Cancellation and Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your account data, including generated videos, will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data. We recommend downloading any videos you wish to keep before canceling.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsRaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or content
  • Poor ad performance or campaign results
  • Advertising account bans or suspensions
  • Costs of obtaining substitute services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to AdsRaw in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Communications and Email Consent

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from us, including:

  • Service-related emails: Account notifications, billing, security updates, and important service announcements
  • Marketing emails: Product updates, new features, tips, and promotional offers

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link or contacting us at hello@adsraw.com. You will still receive essential service-related communications.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the service, including software, AI models, graphics, and branding, are the property of AdsRaw or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
